“In April 2013 I decided to try speed dating for the first time and embarked on a fun mid-week night out with my cousin and good friend. We were suitably impressed with the set-up of the Dare2Date speed dating and in particular the classy location of the event being at the Aviary.

It was a friendly and social atmosphere with lots of chatting and laughs had. I was fortunate enough to have met my now fiancé, Clint, this very night. He had been approached by Debbie when out promoting her Dare2Date event and he decided to head along for a night out with his friend also.

We both feel so grateful to have met, and feel fortunate that we both attended the Dare2Date event that night. We are very excited about what our future together holds and that of our baby boy.

Ben and Claire met at a Dare 2 Date event held at M on the Point back in 2012.

The evening seemed to go well, because this New Year’s Eve the lovely couple were married. What a great choice of date to always remember your anniversary!

Ben says “A bit more than 3 yrs ago, you held an event at M on the Point… On that night i happen to meet a lovely person named Claire. Now, to the good part,  on New Years Eve, we got married!! We are a genuine success story for speed dating. Your speed dating. Thankyou very much!”
