Ladies tickets are SOLD out! There is still time for the men of Perth to secure a place! There is an even mix of age groups if you are wondering!

Join us at the 2021 Inaugural Singles Ball on Saturday 23rd October in the Ballroom at the Swan River Hotel. Why Inaugural? Because it will be the beginning of an institution and finally a ball that singles can come to without worrying about being the third wheel! You may have wanted to go to a ball in the past but didn’t like being the only single there.

A glamorous night, where you get to dress to impress in a cocktail dress, ballgown or suit.

This is the first-ever Dare 2 Date Singles Ball and I am so excited that it will be unlike any of our other events! People remember the Desperate and Dateless Ball and loved the idea but not the name!  The Desperate and Dateless Ball gave everyone one match and this could be problematic if you didn’t like the person you are matched with. We are going to do something slightly different and give you two ‘matches’. Consider the matches as a way to meet people during the night, but who you don’t have to stay with unless you want to (as you might on a speed dating night, it will give you two introductions).  The matches will be decided on loose criteria like age, preference, have kids, want kids, don’t want kids, etc.
I have received questions on how the night will work. Here are some extra details – this will not be a seated event (although there will be seats), it is not a dinner ball but cocktail style food. This will allow you to mingle and of course, the band will be playing for 3 hours.

The event will be a sell-out and something to put on your social calendar – a night you do not want to miss!

The night includes:

  • Cocktail Food – for all tickets

  • All-inclusive 3 hour wine and beer package ( don’t worry if you aren’t a drinker you can opt for a non-drinking cheaper ticket). If you chose the non-drinking package you will still be able to purchase drinks.

  • Live band and dancing

  • Bachelor and Bachelorette best-dressed competition

  • Photo Booth – instant photos to keep the memories alive

  • 2 matches selected for you

I have talked about holding a ball for years but couldn’t find the perfect location to have it without paying a premium price that I know was too high for most people.  Omg, I am so excited about finding the perfect venue – The Ballroom at the Swan River Hotel!  You will not be disappointed as the venue is lovely and the ballroom will take it to the next level.

Finally, a ball for singles where you don’t feel out of place! It is the perfect chance to get dressed up, feel glamourous and have a wonderful night out while meeting other singles.

This Ball is for EVERYONE – gay, straight or bi (or whatever you identify as) and ALL AGES – THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF YOUNGER AND OLDER AGES AT THIS EVENT.

You might wonder what happens if you meet someone in the meantime, you still come and also grab them a ticket – you will just need to wear a red band to show you are taken.

How to book and pay

Just follow these simple steps to grab your tickets to this fantastic Dare2Date event:

  1. Select the tickets you would like to book from our drop-down menu and click the ‘register now’ button. You’ll be asked to accept our terms and conditions and for a few brief details and then you can select your method of payment.
  2. Please ignore the PROMO field, unless you have a voucher.
  3. Select ‘bank draft’ to transfer money to Dare2Date via electronic fund transfer from your bank account. If you would like to pay with your credit card, select ‘Paypal’ for safe, secure online credit card payments (no Paypal account required).
  4. Click on the ‘Proceed to Finalize Registration’ button. If you selected Paypal as a payment option, you’ll be taken directly to the Paypal site to pay.  If you have selected ‘Bank Draft’, please make a payment via your online banking system and forward your receipt with event details to debbie@dare2date.com.au.
  5. You’ll receive confirmation of your completed booking to your registered email address.
  6. Dress to impress and show up to meet wonderful Perth singles…one night could change your life!
