Dare2Date is excited run our second Singles Weekend at Footprints Preston Beach for the over 40’s.

Our last weekend away was so much fun, but you don’t have to trust me here is what was said:

‘The weekend was a great idea and I would definitely do it again. Debbie was a wonderful host and the weekend was organised so smoothly. I felt comfortable from the start and Debbie helped with the atmosphere with conversation starters and icebreakers. There wasn’t a dull moment – from welcome drinks, breakfasts, dinners, activities, games and entertainment – everyone got along so well. I know I have made some friends and we will catch up again. All up, I had a fantastic weekend!’

The approach to this weekend is FRIENDSHIP first.

The whole focus of the weekend is to have fun and make some new friends in a relaxed environment. You will have the whole weekend to make friends with other singles in your age range in the ideal location to get away form it all being only 90mins from Perth.

Footprints is an amazing location and the accommodation is delightful. It is located 45 minutes drive south of Mandurah and only 90 minutes drive south of Perth.  It is a short stroll from the white sands and clear blue water of Preston Beach and Yalgorup National Park.

The weekend is AMAZING value at $320! This includes two nights accommodation in your own room, a wine tour, two buffet breakfasts and one buffet dinner. As well as finger food and one drink on the Friday night.

The weekend will be a mix between organised activities and time to chill. Here is how the weekend will look:

Friday 19 October

2.00pm Onwards – arrive & check in

7.00pm – 11.30pm Welcome Cocktail Party in the function room

Saturday 20 October

8.00am – 10.30am Buffet breakfast in the café (included)

11.00am Wine/Beer/Cheese tour (included)

6.00pm – Pre dinner drinks (not included)

7.00pm-9.00pm – Buffet dinner (included)

9.00pm – 11.30pm Entertainment

Sunday 21 October

8.00am – 10.30am Buffet breakfast in the café (included)

2.00pm – Late check out.

Accommodation will be in  two bed units which will be twin share (you will have your own bedroom/bathroom).  Footprints at Preston Beach marks the return of the simple yet stylish beach accommodation. Each unit has a shared kitchen and lounge room, with bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. The Resort consists of architecturally designed beach shacks and townhouses that are all fully furnished and self contained. 

The location is perfect with both the bush and the ocean. There are two marked walk trails where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to come face-to-face with the park’s abundant flora and fauna. The abundance of Western Grey Kangaroos will delight nature lovers. All this and more is what makes Footprints by far one of the best places to stay in Preston Beach. Our friendly resident kangaroos provide a spectacular backdrop to your accommodation.

How to book and pay

1. Select the tickets you would like to book from our drop down menu and click the ‘register now’ button. You’ll be asked to accept our terms and conditions and for a few brief details and then you can select your method of payment.
2. Select ‘bank draft’ to transfer money to Dare2Date via electronic fund transfer from your bank account. If you would like to pay with your credit card, select ‘Paypal’ for safe, secure online credit card payments (no Paypal account required).
3. Click on the ‘Proceed to Finalize Registration’ button. If you selected Paypal as a payment option, you’ll be taken directly to the Paypal site to pay.  If you have selected ‘Bank Draft’, please make a payment via your online banking system and forward your receipt with event details to debbie@dare2date.com.au.
4. You’ll receive confirmation of your completed booking to your registered email address.
